外玄関入ってすぐ木の匂いがとても良かった。 階段がありキャリーバッグを持っていたので大変だった。 お部屋は水の流れる音がとても癒された。 畳はライトが付いてキレイ。初体験だった。 冷蔵庫も大きくて使いやすい。 洗濯機がついてるのはとても良い。 食器用洗剤、洗濯洗剤がついて良い。 テレビが大きく旅行できたのにNFをゆっくり観てしまった。 残念なのは前回使った人のゴミが残っていた所。 そこが改善されれば最高と思う。 また大阪に来た際はここに泊まりたい。

宿泊施設入り口が汚くて残念でしたが、宿泊施設やスタッフ側が悪い訳ではなく、たまたまその日は汚かっただけ。 その他は大満足です。

今回高校生だけの旅行で使わせていただきました。 事前に質問を送ったところ、丁寧に回答いただき安心して宿泊できました。 荷物を先に送りたいと伝えたところ、竹水は無人のため受取不可なのですが、近くの提携店（竹のや）で受取可能でした。竹のやのスタッフさんはとても親切で素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。 部屋は清潔、広い、立地が良い、テレビが大きき、ベッドふかふか、全てにおいて大満足でした。シャワールームが狭かったので、近くの銭湯に行きました。朝はシャワールームを利用しました。 また利用したいです。

アパートメントタイプの宿は初めてでしたが 内装も綺麗でとても良かったです。 チェックインの方法など分からない事を質問した際も、返信が早くとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。
