Very clean new hotel. Comfy twin single beds. Good shower and bathroom. Room was cleaned daily on request.
Best of all is the location, a quick easy walk to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping street, Kurumon market and Nippombashi den den town. Closest train station is five minutes walk away.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they all spoke great English and even indulged my poor attempts at speaking Japanese :P
You have to leave the key when you go out which is a little unusual but not a problem for me. I would have liked some coffee in the room instead of just green tea but that's my personal preference.
The price is really good considering the location.
I will stay again when I return to Osaka.
Unfortunately our son left an iPad at the hotel which was good enough to quickly contact us about the fact we had left it behind but despite numerous attempts to have it sent back to s in Australia, the hotel is no longer replying to our emails. We were happy to pay any costs associated with getting the device back but the hotel has obviously decided not to bother
