The staff are very helpful. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the station. Plenty of shopping and dining restaurants. Many places around the hotel are foreigner friendly and speak conversational English.

10/10 if you want a hotel near dotonbori, shibsaibashi & americamura. On the outskirts but easily walkable and meant that it was a lot quieter than the other hotels closer to the main strip. Next door to a major subway station so can easily get to anywhere.

This hotel was located very close to Dotonbori and other key spots in Osaka, Located in Amera Mura, it had some the best vintage shopping within walking distance. At times the hotel staff could have been better in the English speaking department, but on the whole, this was an excellent hotel.

This was my second year staying at this hotel. I really enjoyed the great service from the staff! Very friendly and helpful! The hotel is surrounded by many options to eat, and walking distance from the Subway station. I stayed here for a week and I never had any issues. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers! I had a great stay at APA Hotel Nambakita Shinsaibashi Ekimae. The location is perfect — it's just a short walk to Shinsaibashi, making shopping and dining easy and enjoyable. Whether I wanted to explore the famous Dotonbori area or grab a late-night snack, everything was within walking distance. Another big plus was how convenient it was to get to Kansai International Airport. From Namba Station, it's a smooth and easy train ride straight to the airport, which made my departure stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room, while compact (as expected in Japan), had everything I needed—a comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and even a high-tech toilet. The staff was friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and efficient.

Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind the room being small or if you're a solo traveller. We opted for two bedroom room to give us some extra space to manage our luggage and that worked out wonderfully. Check-in was easy, it was located in a hip area with a ton of vintage clothing stores, and it had everything we needed around it. We didn't really talk to the staff after checking in, as everything we needed to know was on our TV. That was nice, but also a little cold. Would easily stay here again.
