We absolutely loved this place and will absolutely come back many times. Such a calm environment, great pool area, good wine and good food. The staff was very helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Authentic Italian charm with views for days!

We were hoping for a nice country Relais...Borgo San Faustino was beyond our expectations. What a beautiful location with views for days and days. The property is authentic old-world charm with interesting ruins on the property. Beds were comfortable and our two dinners on the property were delicious! The staff helped us with all of our needs.

Relaxing stay

Lovely location in the Umbria with a great view. Room was okay but maybe a little tired. The pool area is a great area to relax and enjoys the vista. The spa itself was a little disappointing and was not included in the price of the room, at 25 EU per person per hour it is not good value.

When we were assigned a room, we discovered a leak from the toilet. We reported it to the staff and were quickly assigned a new room. We later discovered that the rooms had not been properly cleaned and there were spider webs and spider eggs under the beds, under the cabinets and bedside tables. We reported it again and were again met with very good service. The staff cleaned the rooms again and we were also compensated with a bottle of good wine for the meal. Too bad they don't clean the rooms properly. It would have made the experience so much better for us. We also discovered that there was fungus in the shower in the rooms. The staff was service-minded and pleasant. The area was peaceful with a beautiful view. The buildings and facilities in general, such as the pool, were ok, but appeared to be quite worn. Good food and very good wine.

We were shocked at the condition of the property based on the resorts rating. We came the last week in May and the pool was not clean, the hot tub was not clean or on and the sauna wasn’t on either. No staff was to be found anywhere. We tried going into the spa- no one was there. We tried going into the dinner room at 7:30 (when dinner was suppose to start) no one was there. The property has bugs flying all around it. I understand the area is a little more rugged but it was hard to relax when the patio furniture has seen better days, you have no towels to use, no one to order a drink or get water from and there are bugs flying everywhere. The room and sheets were clean and the area was beautiful but we were honestly creeped out by the property and lack of upkeep. We were suppose to stay two nights and decided to leave a day early.

La struttura è tranquilla e accogliente, un tipico ambiente italiano, rustico, ottimo per chi vuole riscoprire i borghi medievali e rilassarsi per un weekend. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte, nella stanza “Peonia”. La camera è abbastanza pulita, consiglio di fare attenzione a polvere sotto ai termosifoni e sotto al letto. Quest’ultimo è comodo e spazioso, ottimo per due persone. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno, infatti non c’è stata quasi mai l’acqua calda, riuscivamo a farci una doccia calda per al massimo 5 minuti. Per fortuna il soggiorno è stato breve, ma viste le temperature non si poteva assolutamente fare la doccia fredda. Abbiamo provato a farlo presente alla reception, il problema sembrava risolto la sera stessa, ma il giorno dopo si è ripresentato. Del resto un ottimo weekend. Consigliato

Bella location, purtroppo devo evidenziare pecche notevoli del personale addetto al servizio ristorazione e carenze nel servizio di pulizia delle camere. Il posto ha moltissime potenzialità, dispiace aver dovuto riscontrare questi evitabilissimi problemi.

Abbiamo soggiornato il 16 su il 17 di giugno 2024 e usufruito di tutti i servizi del Borgo di S. Faustino, devo fare i complimenti allo Chef e alla ragazza Russa della SPA per la sua gentilezza e professionalità, inoltre saluto i ragazzi della reception professionali e gentili, per quanto riguarda la standard prenotata carina e indipendente ho dormito bene. Una piccola annotazione alla pulizia, al calcare della doccia, al copriletto macchiato e alla panchina fuori la stanza è pericolosa con una stecca rotta, non abbiamo usufruito della piscina alle 10 del mattino perché c’era ancora il robottino, consiglierei di metterlo durante la notte, e comunque era piena di insetti e sporca sul fondo piscina e non completamente riempita, saluti Fabio

Ein absolut ruhiges Landhotel in fantastischer Lage mitten in den Hügeln. Schade, dass ich dort nur eine Nacht war. Eignet sich sehr gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt und als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge in der Region. Hervorragendes Restaurant.
