"The Hotel is in the most gorgeous location. The view over the river is to die for. This does come with some diesel noise from the various boats on the river. The lighting of the property facing the river is lovely. The main entrance to the hotel is via a back street. There could have been more attention to detail here - there were two large tubs of close to dead plants (bougainvilleas I think). The entrance is shady and plants may not grow well - it would have been better for them to be removed. Internally, the hotel is OK, not great. I do not think that there is an elevator. The corridor lighting is a little erratic. It was all scrupulously clean. We stayed in a suite. It was a good size with two small separate balconies. There were three rooms, the living area, the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area had a spare bed and a sofa bed in it. Perhaps it could be more comfortable as a suite rather than a multi bed facility. No issues with the bedroom. In the bathroom, the shower was insecurely fitted. Breakfast was a bugbear. In an area famed for its fruit it was beyond strange that there was no fresh fruit juice on offer. There are freshly cooked omelettes on offer, however, it was touch and go whether you could get this - no evidence of any queueing system. The staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning staff do a great job behind the scenes. The hotel has an unparalleled view, an external ambience and a great base from which to visit an fascinating area."

"Breakfast was shocking but as it came free with my booking it didnt matter that we didnt eat there only the first morning. The complex is good and near bars and restaurants, beach is 17 mins walk but can also get a free bus. Loved our stay and will definitely be back soon. "From start to finish, all the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Every request we made was handled promptly and with great care. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the hotel had a lovely Turkish vibe combined with genuine hospitality.
