Will not book through here again . The picture wasn’t even where we stayed. We left a day early because of the ghost ants everywhere. I did call and a guy came and sprayed them with bleach but they kept reappearing and after 2 days at the parks it was the last thing I want to deal with. I’ve stayed a handful of times in Florida and never had to deal with this.

I loved the property. It wasn't what I thought I had booked. Even though they said it was a standard 4 bedroom house. I was looking forward to what they offered me on my booking. I was sent a picture along with what the property was going to look like and its amenities. When I drove up it was at a different location and a 1 flat home without a 2 story level. But per sandy ridge reservations it was in the same community. But it was not. I just feel that for the price I paid I should have gotten what was advertised not what they felt like giving me once i arrived. These reservations were made since 03/26/2022. Not acceptable. Lack of communication and false advertisement.

La casa super comoda y muy bonita, en general todo muy bien. Lo unico es que la piscina estaba demasiada fria el agua y pagar aparte el calentador de la piscina no creia justo eso. Basicamente no usamos por eso la piscina.

Property is in a good area where it makes you feel safe. The house it self needs upgrades, the bathrooms and bedrooms seem old. The doors feel like the have dust or dirt, sand not sure what the door have and there is a lot of dust and spider webs around the kitchen. Also a portion of the fence is open and animals and insects are in the pool water. I had to help a squirrel to get out the cold pool water during my stay. Its a good house just needs more love.

It was very clean with tons of room for 5 of us. Pool was nice. Little drive to Orlando but wasn’t a big deal. Master bedroom was huge. Very pleased would absolutely book again.

Couldn’t get the fans to work In the bedrooms, didn’t like the fact that we had to replenish the toilet papers and paper towels , other than that the stay was pretty nice ! Bigger inside than a it looks outside . Loved it

I liked that it was a gated community, and there was privacy. Bed furniture does need to be upgraded though, especially master bed, very old not comfortable and noisy.

Our stay at the property was really nice , the home was well cleaned and sanitized it was accommodating for me and my family . They even provided high chairs, umbrella strollers and playpen which was perfect for my infant son . The living area was spacious and the pool was a nice size . I’d recommend this property to all my family and friends . The owners of the property were very quick and able to communicate with us at any given time

It was a family home and no surprise's also super clean . No one pushing condos, adding costs. The check in was great just go to house start vacation. When time to leave just leave. Joyce and Ivor are always a minute away and are great to deal with. I will do this again. Also having a pool to unwind in was the best.

Well here it goes...The pool was never used because it had sand @ the bottom when we arrived and never saw a cleaning service the whole time we were there.The master shower was half the size as the guest shower with no place to put your soap because it slid out of holder or any other soaps for that matter,also no matt due to slippery floor,also place needs a good cleaning from top to bottom.Guest shower had someone else's hair on floor and wall and no place to put soap and other items,no cover on remote in master room so could not use it,could get living room t.v. to work after opening door on cabinet and knob coming off.Booked for 8 people but just my wife and I used one room and good thing because there is no replacement toilet paper thank god we brought our own.Knives were so dull we couldn't even cut a tomato and did not want to use any pots and pans so we ate out of paper plates.Also last two days we were there found two cockroaches one each day prior to leaving. Luckily we just spent the night and sorry we didn't choose someplace else because the owners really need to look these places over instead of setting back and collecting $$$ and paying for poor maintenance fees.The customers should be # 1 and this review may just help the next person.
