"The room was clean and well-stocked. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they have a desk where park tickets can be purchased right inside the hotel. The free park shuttle was very convenient--just be aware there is no phone number for the shuttle nor the kiosk. Hotel staff was great. The only complaint I would have is the parking -- it's about $35 a night and I couldn't get out with the card the front desk gave me and had to go back inside to get help. Ah, and I almost forgot we could not get the air conditioning to change temperature in the room and it got so cold we had to just turn it off."
