"The property looks fairly new but there were some issues with our stay. Water was turned off at 9:45 am and was supposed to be back on within 30 minutes, but this did not happen. We ended up going to the parks without showering. Floors are tile throughout the apartment and our socks and feet were practically black from walking around. Don’t know when they ever mop the floors other than vacuum. The air fryer microwave oven was a nice feature, however the button broke to open the door and we ended up not being able to cook the food we bought from the snack shop. Waste of money. Breakfast buffet line was long with everyone trying to make a waffle. Very inefficient and annoying. Clientele staying there were rude and representative of the lower cost of the hotel rooms. Would not stay there again. Location is close to Disney though."
