Overall okay stay. The towels are very small so I would bring your own. Everything was pretty old. Felt like nothing has been updated since the 90s but the pool and the hot tub were pretty good.

Pool and hot tub were fine and only a few people used them. Cleaning staff were very accomodating and the locatiin was close to Seaworld, Epic Universe, Duacovery Cove. However, security is an issue because you park behind the building in a secluded lot and anyone can enter the building and pool area without a keycard. Front desk staff stand behind a glass divider and parking pass has a warning about leaving things in your car and theres no security presence. Hotel's a large building with very few people.

The room was ok. However, the pool was extremely unkempt. Hotel is pretty far from activities so an uber is extremely necessary if you don’t have a rental car. Staff are friendly so that’s a plus.

Staff was extremely courteous. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. I was stranded in Orlando due to weather back home and was dealing with a leg injury. Hot tub was not working at the proper temperature when I checked in but maintenance addressed it immediately and was ready to go quickly. That was much appreciated. The vending machine and food options need to be better for me to stay again however that is on ownership, not the local staff.

This is a beautiful hidden gem in Orlando. The property is a bit age and it shows in some of the areas but the rooms are fantastic and the staff is very polite and helpful.
