"Need a gym"

"We had stay at this property last year and loved it, so we decieded to stay again this year. This year was definitely different. The first night, the low battery alarm went of at 5am. I had to call for the AC not waorking a coupel of times. The wifi was not working at all. And one morning when we were going to sleep in a bit, housekeeping came knocking and opened the door while were we sleeping. Mind you the "do not disturb " was on the door. I texted the facilty and never heard anything back. We were definitely disappointed beause we had such a great experience last year. I will not be staying there again."

"Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay. "

"Bed was comfy but crazy squeaky! Big spacious room with fridge n couch. Towel hanger fell off door. Food at their bar restaurant was lousy n service was slow even though not very busy. Free hit Hot breakfast was mediocre as most places are. Water pressure in the shower was terrible! Pools were decent. Good location close to Disney resorts but no shuttles to any of them. Can walk to Walmart n Starbucks n a few other conveniences which was nice. "
