For the price it was acceptable. Pet friendly was the plus. The place needs modernization.. the paint and appearance can definitely be improved. Stains on walls. While there we saw a roach in the room. The elevators were busted and was like a maze to get to room due to this issue. Was a little upset pool was closed, as part of the booking was to let the kids have some fun in the pool.. try to save a little vs parks and other entertainment. About 30 mins to the parks.. Vacations, are they about the rooms? Thats up to you to decide.

Yes, location was pretty friendly; however the overall cleanliness of the hotel was no good to say the least. The carpet was stained and dirty throughout the forest and second floor. The bathtub in our room 225 was peeling and stained, the remote control had no batteries in them.

The room was in horrible disrepair. In desperate need of new floor and paint, new tub and better lighting! It is a dive of a place not worth more than 50-60.00 per night. The people who worked the front desk were fantastic, though.

Room was in very poor condition, the floor was sticky, the drawers were stuck partially open and wouldn’t not open or close, the mattress in the pull out couch had large stains on it. There was a strong bleach smell in the room and when the air kicked on the room filled with cigarette and marijana smoke from people smoking outside the room. Despite all of the negatives it was cheap, bed was decently comfortable and check in was quick.

The staff were extremely nice and courteous, the cabinets a bit outdated, kitchen area could have been cleaned better, bathroom sink was falling apart from wall, the pull out couch mattress was completely filthy it was as if it was taken from the trash or something just completely riddled with stains, I saw two roaches during my stay for $560 a week I would expect it to be a bit more cleaner but I get what I paid for. Honestly the staff made my stay bearable
