The room was in horrible disrepair. In desperate need of new floor and paint, new tub and better lighting! It is a dive of a place not worth more than 50-60.00 per night. The people who worked the front desk were fantastic, though.

Room was in very poor condition, the floor was sticky, the drawers were stuck partially open and wouldn’t not open or close, the mattress in the pull out couch had large stains on it. There was a strong bleach smell in the room and when the air kicked on the room filled with cigarette and marijana smoke from people smoking outside the room. Despite all of the negatives it was cheap, bed was decently comfortable and check in was quick.

You get what you pay for. The room was relatively clean. Bare bones, very little amenities. The blankets are thin as paper, so bring an extra. Staff was AWOL for after-hours check-in.

Although, prices can change. The location is ideal to everything (if you’re driving , it for those who walk ) seems as if everything is about 20mins from here or less so that’s good.

The staff were extremely nice and courteous, the cabinets a bit outdated, kitchen area could have been cleaned better, bathroom sink was falling apart from wall, the pull out couch mattress was completely filthy it was as if it was taken from the trash or something just completely riddled with stains, I saw two roaches during my stay for $560 a week I would expect it to be a bit more cleaner but I get what I paid for. Honestly the staff made my stay bearable

The location is convenient. It is right by I4 and there are restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. The facility should be updated. The rooms are spacious, but it can look better.

The location is good, close to downtown. Some suspicious people walked around which made me feel unsafe. Also super loud at midnight 3am, the person at upstair made a lot foot step and floor pouching noises, it was very annoying. No breakfast offered. Overall, it’s worth the price.

Staff was nice and helpful, Booked a double bed with a couch, first thing there was a hole on the door for the room , hole in the bathroom behind the door, the base board for the kitchen area was peeling off. When you take a shower you can smell the sewage coming from the drains, there was no trash bin or trash bags , there was no extra linens had to request for some, there was NO room service until after 14 days of stay. The pool gym, and other amenities are no longer available. Overall you get what you paid for.. apparently the city is turning this hotel into a homeless living. Staff was at least helpful.

The room was filthy and stunk. You could smell pot in the hallways and we felt very unsafe. We checked in and 10 minutes later checked out , requested our money back and rented a safe , clean hotel. On a positive note, the front desk personnel was very professional and accommodating.
