I planned this vacation 3 weeks prior, messaged through chat because I've never received an email for confirmation through the villas itself. No responses, drove 16 hours to get to the location on due date. Was on the phone for hours with expedia trying to check in. Lost a whole day due to check in and nobody called back until June 2nd. When i had arrived may 31st. We ended going around back seeing the backdoor was open and entering ourselves in after our children screaming and acting out after hours of wasted due to check in. Never recieved the door codes or nothing. Spoke with the manager michele at the dinsey resort and she said she will not be helping me with anything that she had reached to me and etc. Which she did not in a timely fashion manner. 2 days later. Also no commutation on their part for any follow ups before guest arrivals.

The house was in a great location, but right in front of a school bus stop so mornings the kids were alittle loud. It was perfect size and layout. Plenty of room for my adult kids and I. The pool was great. Parking in the driveway was great, no stairs. Kitchen was very nice and had almost everything we needed.
I do wish we were told to bring dish soap or pods. And to get extra paper towels, and toilet paper. There was 1 roll of each and couldn't find extra anywhere. But other than that everything was great.
