This property didn't have lawn maintained. This property has electrical issues and ceiling fan is dangling by wires about the master bedroom? A destination fee almost 50% the price of my 7 day stay? Pool area was messy, with black tar substance surrounding the outer edge of the pool. One hallway bathroom toilet is loose and moves when sitting on it. Two tvs are non-responsive with no-working remotes. The freezer was broke and unusable for the entire 7 days. Owner sent servicemen to the home without communicating with us. These servicemen were not there to fix any of the issues we addressed with the owner and our issues (except the lawncare) were ignored. The pool table is lopsided and a stand up complete game without the balls centering the center of the table due to a lack of balance was an upset to my company. The dvd shelve was a decoy, no Lion King for me and Jinora, my 2 year old granddaughter I came to Florida to be with. Stay away from this place. There is a reason it is cheaper than other places. The house was chosen by the owner last minute. I wasn't given an address to the place until 3 days before the trip. The neighborhood that this home resides in is broken down. This isn't a beautiful green space with tons of trees and wildlife, this a a small lower class neighborhood with unfriendly neighbors. Do not come here nor do you want to deal with the owner.

We rented a standard 3 bedroom and it was sufficient space for a months stay. The house requires a deep clean and an upgrade on a lot of its amenities. The communication with property management was superb. Not able to see pictures of unit before arrival. That was a disappointment.

2nd time using this company. There is no way to know which property one is getting. The house itself looks nice from the start; deeper cleaning could/should be done. POOL HEAT - at this location, if the outside temp drops below 50 at night, the pool water will not be heated. We had three of our nights there without heated pool water. If I understand it correctly, it’s because it’s a heat pump and not a gas heater. IF this is a have-to for you, be aware. It was a disappointment for us.

The property was spacious for our family of 5. We got a unit with 4 bedrooms and only utilized 3. Kids enjoyed the pool during our stay and didn't need to pay for the pool heater.

Great for a large family

This house was nice. 4 bd 3.5 bath. Great location, safe neighborhood, comfortable and nice pool & spa. The house has everything you need but just needs to be deep cleaned. It was clean but had some dust and needs a pool net pole so while you’re there you can clean the pool.
