    The home was very lovely, though it did site done signs of wear and tear from use. It was tidy and satisfactory however it could use a deep clean and some attention to the kitchen and the grout into the bathrooms.

    Dirty and tired

    The location and actual complex is great, the villa was dirty and tired. The pool kept draining and the hose to fill it was broken, I told the agent and the promised to have it fixed but no one showed. The carpets are dirty, the walls are overly marked and we had cockroaches living in the dish washer. The patio doors weren’t secure and the screen kept falling off. The windows were so dirty that we kept the blinds closed most of the time. If you can find an alternative villa on this resort than I’d highly recommend it, but this place is old and needs investment. The owner and the booking agent weren’t the most helpful and just kept thanking me for my feedback.

    Very poorly maintained home. Carpet worn and dirty looking. Windows had a weird algae or mold growing on them. There was garbage ( plastic bags and old planters)in the back behind the pool area. Not 1 good pillow in the home. Long weekend was noisy all night with partiers in other homes. Worst was no pool heat as the heater was broken, it probably needs a new ignitor. I spent 3 weeks here and there was no attempt to fix the heater… i had to nag to get my refund on the pool heat payment i made. Also pool leaked, every night it lost 2-3 inches of water.. where it goes and what damage it is causing and the management doesn't seen yo care. Worst rental ever! Helladay not a holiday.
