    This home was very clean. There were paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and tide pods and everything for the home and cleaning. The owner was a very good communicator and sent all information in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

    I booked this for a trip with my daughter and her friends it was the perfect size, it was clean, easy parking, short drive to the pool/lazy river, only complains I had was the bedroom with the single beds was hotter then the others and we have to continuously wash bath towels which were small, need bigger towels

    Stayed here for 7 days. The communication with the rental agency was great. Very supportive and answered all my questions promptly. The space was clean with grocery stores near by so that you could buy the necessities for your family for your stay. The amenities were top notch and would stay here again in the future.

    I like the spacious rooms each with it's own tv. Communication with the host was wonderful. Beatifull villa I didn't like the mimi flies, that appeared in the rooms and especially in the kitchen in the refrigerator and the villa did not have enough pots to cook a meal for 8 people.

    The property itself, and the unit were lovely. It was easy to park. The communication with the rental people was excellent. The only negatives were that even though there were four adults using the unit the toilet paper provided was not adequate for the price of the unit. Only one roll for each bathroom doesn’t seem adequate for toiletries or the length of time we had booked the unit. As well, there was no face cloths in any of the bathrooms and again for the length of time, and the number of people that personal towels left were only one per person no extras and no pool towels. The unit managers had asked that we start the towel washing before leaving the unit but did not provide any laundry soap. The kitchen had sufficient plates, cups, utensils and glasses for four people but not more. There was only one tea towel, no wash cloths or paper towel, no dish drain tray so we didn’t have to use the dishwasher daily. We ended up leaving extra toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent for the next people. Lastly I/we would stay here again but it would be nice to know that the unit was not near the main pool with the lazy river it was actually a long walk but more like a drive away and to know that we would need to purchase our own beach towels, cleaning supplies and additional toiletries.
