Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
Had to pay extra for the water park, pools were closed, hot tubs were tiny and rooms were small. Property was OK, but staff was very nice.

Marriott's Grande Vista
Staff was great, room was clean and everything on the property seemed to work well. Wifi worked, pool was warm. Rest is history. ONLY hiccup we had was out door key stopped working (our door batter died). They changed it very adequately. Only complaint here is they made me (and my family of 4) stand ...
