So, I did not pack my slippers in my baggage. But this time they said they run out of slippers. "

"I would not stay downtown Portland again. My car had 2 windows smashed and the contents in my car were stolen. I spoke with the staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites and they said it happens 2-3 times a week. We left after the first night and forfeited our 2nd night. "Staff is really graceious, friendly and helpful. I brought my dog and found that they provided a lot as well to help dog owners feel welcome. The only thing I could add is that you have to use QR codes to look at the bar menu and provide tips to staff. "

"Excellent location. We were attending a soccer game at Providence Park, only 8 blocks away. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Tavern was convenient to catch a light lunch. Very polite staff. "

"Everything was great except for the free parking. The lot is extremely narrow parallel parking. Have to back out. and when doing this at night I backed into a black metal stairway that had no safety curb and it blew out my back window and damaged the rear hatch. Had to then drive 3 hours home instead of staying due to safety of my vehicle. "

"Room was excellent and if you aren't traveling with pets they will put you on a top floor. The rooms were very nicely furnished and loved the mini bar with very fair prices. The staff was incredibly friendly especially the valet! The hotel does have a $30/day amenities credit, but you get $15 towards the restaurant as part of that. In a great location ideal for shows at the Arlene Schwartz theater. Will definitely stay here again. "
