"They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then. My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key. The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did not get out. After a lot of effort, we finally got the lock to work and open the door. The fact that the staff did not offer to change her room immediately showed their lack of professionalism. Check-in took 10+ minutes because they had to log our passports into their system. Worst check-in I have experienced in a long, long time. The restaurant downstairs was not accessible by elevator, so if you have any major disability, then you are out of luck. If you want a spice or condiment with your breakfast, you will need to go out and get it. They do not have or provide even something basic as Pepper. The rooms were worn and not kept up. Cracking of paint on the walls and, of course, the lock on my mother's door are just a few things. "

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "

"First of all the hotel is with an extraordinary design, which you should like. Overall in the hotel is this kind of loud lounge music playing all the time, even from early in the morning at breakfast which can be too much. If you want to use public transport in Milan, the location is not the best, away from Metro stations etc. and the area is a kind of silent. The rooftop pool and bar is excellent and very nice, though the bar is extremely expensive €20 for an Aperol Spritz, €10 for a bottle beer. The breakfast is very good with all what you like. I will recommend this hotel to more like young guests with cash enough to enjoy the poolbar and also the party vibe overall in the hotel. All the staff is really friendly with a high level of service. I'm probably too old to visit the hotel again."
