"Nice hotel and a good location. Good staff. Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was computer controlled at the front desk. "Great hotel. Modern with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Good location for navigli canals. Little bit noisy of an evening if in the lower rooms. Rooftop pool and bar are an excellent way to end a busy day exploring the city with impressive views. All round a great hotel and would stay again "

"They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then. My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key. The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did not get out. After a lot of effort, we finally got the lock to work and open the door. The fact that the staff did not offer to change her room immediately showed their lack of professionalism. Check-in took 10+ minutes because they had to log our passports into their system. Worst check-in I have experienced in a long, long time. The restaurant downstairs was not accessible by elevator, so if you have any major disability, then you are out of luck. If you want a spice or condiment with your breakfast, you will need to go out and get it. They do not have or provide even something basic as Pepper. The rooms were worn and not kept up. Cracking of paint on the walls and, of course, the lock on my mother's door are just a few things. "

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "
