"Keeping in mind this is a "budget" motel, I found this to be an excellent value and a better choice than similar motels. Although it is an older motel, it is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The self-serve breakfast offerings were adequate and quickly replenished when needed. There are several fast food and chain restaurant options within easy walking distance."

"The only reason I didn't give the location an EXCELLENT rating is because the day of checkout, the staff knocked on my door twice prior to check out. That's one of those things that truly irritates me. We aren't that proactive on checking in! However it was a great stay. Love the location and there's plenty of food and stores in walking distance. The area was quiet. The place felt and was safe. Definitely will stay on my next visit."
