I love and I mean love this hotel. A pool table in the lobby was ideal as my family and I love to play pool. The fitness center was really nice. The front desk were very cordial and professional. I just love this place.

We stayed overnight at this hotel on our way to North Carolina, and it was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was well stocked. It was a great stop during our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The Orangeburg, SC Tru was a gem for travelers passing through. It was clean, accommodating in so many ways such as parking, food offerings, overall amenities were amazing and not to mention the customer service from check-in to check-out. I believe it was Ameillia who always pleasant, provided great recommendations for great eats, and more. The staff was just GREAT! We would stay there again!

The staff helped us when our refrigerator wasn’t working in our room by finding a replacement while we were out to dinner and texted me to let me know it was taken care of. Everything was clean and well maintained otherwise and breakfast was great and the employee who was taking care of the buffet was sweet and doing a great job! Love Tru in Orangeburg,SC!

The stay was decent, with a few things that could be improved. The location was very convenient, right off I-26, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. The modern, carpet-free guestrooms were a nice touch and made the room feel clean and comfortable. However, the room felt quite small for a king-size room, and you had to be careful walking around the bed because it was easy to bump into the corners of the wooden bed frame. We were also on the 3th floor and could hear people walking around on the 4th floor, which was a bit disruptive. The shower took about five minutes to get warm, and the water pressure was quite weak. Breakfast had limited options, although the dining area was clean and well maintained. One highlight was the pancake machine, it made amazing pancakes and was definitely a favorite! The friendly and attentive staff were one of the best parts of the stay and made us feel welcome.
