"Staff was friendly. Room service took 2 hours to get even after spending 15 minutes on the phone with the service rep. Stains on walls and towels. Loud guest. Outter doors needed fixed properly and no hot water til the last 2 days of my stay. (7 days)"

"Always an enjoyable stay. One thing i would ask is there be an attendant to care for pool in the later hours. No Fresh towels and wet towels need to be picked up."

"This was not the cabin I rented. I was expecting a unit with a king size bed and a tub, and was very disappointed. There was no one else at the property. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and the kitchen poorly equipped. We were charged for a premium cabin, but was put into a much more substandard unit, and no adjustment in the price for the difference. I’m just glad that we were there only 2 days."
