"We did not actually stay at the property because of safety concerns. The front door to the building (after walking around the broken, missing sidewalk, trash, and construction dirt) was not locked. Across from the front door was an abandoned building with broken windows and men loitering. Although the apartment itself is renovated, the instructions for the hot water, which involve waiting an hour for the boiler to make hot water and then running water for several minutes to wash or bathe was...

ａ ロフトと地上階の温度差が大きく冬は下は寒く上は暑く過ごしずらい。
サーキュレーターがあれば少しは良くなると思うけれどギリシャにはないらしい。
ｂ未完成あるいは施工不能の設備（ロフト用同軸線、レンジフード、配線・排気ダクトなし）
ｃ物件所有者と管理会社双方から連絡があり、責任の所在が不明瞭。
ｄ破損箇所（トイレ洗浄ボタン、シャワーヘッドホルダー締具等）を放置している。
