Happy in Thessaloniki

The Hotel is in a very good location for all the sites very easy to get around Thessaloniki. Front desk staff very helpful, making our stay very comfortable. Everyday we were greeted warmly , the staff made suggestions of where to go. I believe they really wanted us to enjoy their city which was just lovely and we sure did enjoy it.

Just as good as advertised.

Helpful, kind and friendly at reception. Great location very near to train and bus station. Great shower, air conditioning and T. V. Could walk into the city centre. Good shops and cafes nearby. Lived up to expectation.

Very good value for money; Needs minor improvement

Excellent front office staff, very polite and helpful. Comfortable, spacious room, modern and very clean at arrival. Minor improvements (i.e. sink almost blocked) would make it perfect. Soundproof, you could hear nothing from adjoining rooms or corridor. Close to the city center (10-15 min walk). Only minus was that during a 3 night stay the room was never cleaned, even though I have placed the relevant request on the door handle (only the garbage were collected)

The buildings across the street are abandoned and covered with graffiti giving the neighborhood a rough appearance. But once inside the hotel was clean, modern and inviting. The room as small but sufficient. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Good stay for long walks

Thank you for a nice stay! I enjoyed it and felt at home. Nice people working in the reception. The room itself was very clean and I enjoyed the balcony, bed - the air condition was so good 🙂 The hotel is well located between the old and new part of Thessaloniki so it’s possible with long walks around the city The only thing to point out would be when I arrived the bathroom was almost out of toilet paper with some empty rolls under the sink, and the shower looked dirty. Alsooo maybe there should be a sign that the roof terrace is private? I went up there to have a view over the city and a guest wondered why I was there 😅

Good value for money

Good position. Staff was very nice. Our room was spacious and it had all main amenities (fridge, airco, kattle...) It was very clean although there were few minor details to be fixed (fly screen and shower sliding rail) However, considering the rate we paid we can't complain at all

There were no parking spots available. During the venue g I had circle multiple times around the hotel. The bathroom smelled bad, which came from the pipes. During our 4 night stay not once was our room cleaned.

Bug in the room (bed)

At the middle of the night my daughter woke up crying. She said that she saw a bug walking on her, we searched for it and finally we found it on the bed and killed it. It was a terrible night for us, we couldn’t sleep all night. Also the room was very noisy cause of climate.

Pleasant stay , No daily housekeeping services

We enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. On a positive note, we found the presence of a fridge in the room to be convenient, especially as there were no on-site options for purchasing drinks or snacks. Furthermore, a nearby convenience store and affordable pizzeria within a five-minute walk offered great alternatives. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that housekeeping services are not provided. WiFI was decent, no problems with a signal. the staff is gone in the late evenings. Also, you must memorize (or take a picture) of the door code. For whatever reason, our door key (e-card) expired, and we couldn’t get back into the room. Thank goodness this didn’t happen when the staff was off duty.

Le séjour était correct. La communication avec les agents était très bien. Ils m’ont aidé de réaliser mes visites. La chambre en 5eme étage était bruyante. Dormir avec la porte ouverte n’était que possible avec bouchons d’oreille. La climatisation était efficace mais elle faisait également un peu de bruit. Je conseille quand même cet hébergement parce qu’il est bien situé et il est économique.

Harika fiyat performans sunan otel. Temiz bir oda ve gayet iyi bir ısıtma sistemi vardı. Banyo daha iyi olabilirdi, ama fiyatı düşününce yeterliydi. Konum aşırı merkezi değil ancak her yere çok yakın. Siz de benim gibi sadece başınızı sokacak temiz bir yer arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
