The staff manages to hold the facility together for the most part, but it can't go on much longer without significant renovation outlay. "The newly renovated hotel was beautiful, and quiet. The whole stay from check-in to check out was an elevated experience.. We enjoyed the expansive spa with its multiple saunas, soaking pool, steam room and treatments, and returned several times during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and spacious. Their rooftop bar at sunset was great, fun vibes and what a magnificent view. We hope to be able to return here again in the future and enjoy all the amenities offered at this fine establishment."

"The hotel was centrally located. A quick walk to both the cathedral area and Petite France. They held our luggage for the day while we continued to explore the Strausburg area. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend it to friends."
