This was a great place to stay. Location was great close to things and a quick bus ride from central train station (G bus). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return.

We stayed here for two nights with our small dog. The property is pet-friendly and well located, just a 10 minute walk from the city center and the Christmas market. We also used the on site parking, which was very convenient. The only thing that could be improved is including bottled water in the room rate. That said, there is a supermarket right in front of the hotel, where for less than the price of a minibar bottle you can an buy a six pack.

Great located hotel with very friendly staff and good service. Rooms are bigger than expected and very modern. Parking is available direct at the hotel. You can reach the old town by a little walk very fast or you can choose to take the tram. Breakfast was very delicious with food from local producers and the service was very pleasant.

Amazing hotel close to so many things. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Elevator is extremely small which we have encountered on this trip. Only suggestions for them is to get smaller softer pillows.

It was generally positive. Condition of the room and hotel was good. Design of the standard room was good, especially spacious bathroom made our life easier. It was clean in general. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We had several extra demands like different pillows and slippers and they answered all our needs pretty quickly.

Amazing Christmas Markets Hotel

Hotel Diane Dauphine was such an amazing place to stay. The staff was great and accommodating, loved all the littles touches of having hot wine and gingerbread every evening and the breakfast aaa bar far the best I’ve seen at a hotel!
