"We had the junior suite, pretty spacious for 3 people. Hotel is a few steps away from the Louvre. What it lacks is some details: water in the shower runs cold and hot; instant coffee in the room is disappointing for a 5-star hotel; staff overall are not happy with their job and not greeting guests or smiles. For the $1000 / night we paid, we won’t choose it again."

"Had an amazing stay! The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. There's 24/7 on-site staff and front desk, which made us feel very safe as well. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is very quirky and lots of art throughout. Great location! We were able to get around everywhere with ease. Would stay here again in the future :)"

"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."

"Amazing staff and hotel.. location was close to the shopping area and also surrounding restaurants has a variety of Japanese restaurant options. Are was clean and safe and hotel room was in superb condition and covert clean! We got upgraded to the upper floor which had a balcony. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Clean, quiet room in this very central hotel. Indeed, it was more like a mini-apartment than a room; downstairs was a kitchen/living room, well equipped (including dishwasher), whilst upstairs was a good sized double bedroom and bathroom. The two were connected by a small winding staircase, which might not suit someone with mobility issues, but that’s the only negative I can think of. We did not take breakfast in the dining area at the hotel, so cannot comment on that. However, I would be very happy to recommend this hotel. I should also add that the reception staff were all very friendly. "
