"Good location with very helpful staff. Surprised that there wasn’t a box of Kleenex in the bathroom and the lighting was poor in sink area - difficult if you need to put on makeup. Was not impressed with the hot complimentary breakfast - maybe I went too late, but there was only oatmeal, eggs and toast with tea or coffee- no bacon, or sausage or potatoes."

"The room needed to be updated. However, it worked well for us. It was like an apartment, lots of room. The Staff were great. We had to get up at 3:30am to get to the airport. Our taxi didn't show up. So the front desk staff got us a cab fast so we didn't miss our flight. Overall a good place to stay to get around the city."

"Clean and comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and we were allowed to use the common office space prior to check in as we arrived fairly early. I was grateful as I had to work and take meetings so it was perfect. The location was central and walkable and our room had great city views. My only small complaint was maybe could have used a few more basics in the room, like a hairdryer. There was also only one towel supplied but was able to get more from reception so not a big deal."

"We loved the location, view, easy check-in/out, parking, and how well-stocked the unit was. My only concern was the spare bedroom. Although I appreciated how dark it was, the bed was very hard, and my eyes were noticeably puffy every morning. I’m not sure if it was the HVAC, fragrance/cleaning products, or something else, but I seemed to be reacting to something in the room. Hopefully this can be looked into, as otherwise we really enjoyed our stay."
