"Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. "1人で泊まるなら十分なホテルです。スタッフ不在でも不便さは感じませんでした。お風呂で天然温泉に入れる・ドリンクバー・駐車場の外出中コーンは良いです。バス/トイレ別ですしアメニティにも満足できました。マイナス面としては、お風呂に掃除漏れの髪の毛・欠けたマグカップ・充電器です。特に充電器ですが、Lightning以外のType-CとMicroBはスマホカバーや形状によっては奥まで入らず充電器できません。なお、エレベーターは無く階段も一段ずつが若干高めなので、足の悪い方やお子様には大変かもしれません。"

"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"
