"Booked a king suite. However, the toilet didn't flush and there was dirt in the bathroom sink, so we had to change rooms. The setting is very close to a freeway and there is construction on one side. The staff were helpful in getting us another room where the toilet worked, but it was not a suite."

"Room was nice. Parking was great. Pets were allowed. Swimming pool and gym were nice also. Staff was exceptional! Emily was wonderful. I did not like the breakfast, the water pressure or the fact that we had a suite and the bathroom had to be accessed through the bedroom and not the sitting room. This was an inconvenience because we were traveling with a teenager. Otherwise, Great!!"

"I only stayed for one night. I was out early in the morning…. I had breakfast in downtown Syracuse so I cannot comment. Other than that, a very nice stay"

"The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd. Everything was in poor condition. I have stayed in budget hotel/motels before but not this bad. "

"In a 7 night stay, no one changes towels or spruces your room; new towels, shower soap, or a set of new sheets. However, take it upon yourself to go to the check in desk to get it yourself."
