"Avoid this hotel. My stay was a disaster from start to finish: • Health & Hygiene: I had a fever and there was no hot water (told it was "finished"). I couldn't even use the kettle because it was filled with a strange white residue. • No Basics: No Wi-Fi throughout the stay and the lobby water dispenser was empty. • Infrastructure Failure: A pipe burst, leaving the hotel with no water. My friends and many other guests were forced to trek to One City Shopping Mall just to use the public toilets...
