"About the only thing wrong with the place is a few mosquitoes looking for blood. They have bikes to borrow & cruise around town with. Tranquility tucked away in a back street. Staff are helpful & always look to be happy. I’d stay there again. "

"アストラコンドに２泊した後で、こちらに２泊しました。建物は同じでしたがフロアが違いました。こちらの１５階にあるファミリータイプに泊まりました。広さはアストラコンドと変わりませんが眺望とダブルサイズになるソファーベッドがあるところが違います。また、こちらの部屋には洗濯機に乾燥機能もついていました。親を連れてくるのにいいと思います。ただ部屋が良すぎて、外出したくなくなってしまいます。"

Excellent ,comfortable,relaxing

"Amazing . Travelled with my 5 year old son. This was our second stay at the same hotel In less than six months . And the staff was amazing. They made sure the big teddy bear was kept in our room even before we checked in. A speacial mention for Mr Rak ( at the reception) and Rudy who made sure they recommended places to visit and things to do with our son. Our flight was late in the day and even the extended late check out was done with ease. We were absolutely happy with our stay ( relaxing and comfortable). I would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It’s perfectly located too so easy to commute to any restaurant and places via grab. "

"Walking distance to many site and places to eat. Their breakfast was way beyond what you expect, much much more than what they serve at large hotels. One of the most elegant and beautiful rooms I have seen. The staff was courteous and very helpful arranging my trips/tours. Highly Recommend "
