Family friendly hotel, very comfortable and homy-like room. Just one downside though, hotel has no exclusive car parking and we just parked along the road. Other than that, everything's great.

Clean and big room. Friendly staff. Nice pool and great ocean view

Good place. Restaurant is really good

I really like this hotel; this trip was my second stay and choosing it again did not disappoint. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay a good one. I originally booked for three days but my plans got changed and the hotel quickly pivoted to ensure that a room was available. The staff are

This was a very welcome surprise..We've stayed in Subic many times for triathlon races and we usually stay in different hotels depending on availability as these tend to go fast... this hotel has thus far been the nicest one we've stayed in... its new, rooms are big, staff very helpful...even better, its away from the noise of the main waterfront hotels..most hotels in Subic especially near the waterfront are old and very dated and it shows...the newer ones have relatively small rooms... this...

Great Service! Unfortunately left a phone at the hotel, reception called up and send the phone to our residence. Appreciate the effort! Will definitely go back to this hotel again.

Breakfast is good...staff are cordial with prompt service to cater your needs...

Big room with comfy and huge bed. An irritating sound coming from the exhaust ceiling of the bath room.

Pool and Bar area is a great place to relax and the staff were wonderful

Nice and clean. Good location near restaurants, mall and beach. Spacious room. Courteous staffs.

Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

I have some trepidation about reviewing Subic Residencias, because once it is known this hotel is a hidden jewel in Olongapo City, I may have difficulty reserving a room for my next visit. Subic Residencias is a 5-star hotel with a 3-Star rating. The reason this is true, the hotel does not have an in house restaurant, bar, business or fitness center. Do not let this discourage you. The hotel is centrally located. You are within walking distance to everything you may need, shopping...

I stay there more than 10 days in a deluxe room. I don't recommend standard room. You get what you pay for. The bed/ matress was more than comfortable, staff more than friendly and always helpful. If you stay at the backside, it's not as noisy like street side (Hotel is directly at the highway). Water for free outside the room. Water-cooker inside the room, LED-TV with cable programs, Free Wifi sometimes slow or totally not available, so I need a data-sim to go to internet. Big bathroom with...

Loved the view. We specifically requested for a sea view and glad that it was accommodated.
