"We got a two bedroom for our stay and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Both beds were super comfy. The shower was awesome… I might have to get the same shower head. Highly recommend!!"

"The parking situation is ABYSMAL. No carts, no staff, and the TWO nice men out front were overwhelmed and being yelled at with ZERO support from management. The a/c was off in the elevators and hallways; we had no shampoo in our shower; the water was not hot; the constant slamming of the door where the maintenance folks were housed on the 17th floor all night long the first night we were there was absurd; and the front desk staff at check-in were exceptionally rude and dismissive. (Note: the young man at checkout this morning was quite kind and helpful.) I am disappointed in the downfall of this hotel over the past few years. It’s in the middle of one of the best places to be, which is why I suppose it doesn’t matter how disappointing it is because you’re assured business anyway, but it’s a sad space a once beloved resting spot for us has become. I suppose we are a Marriott family now. "

From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations, but Regina (hotel receptionist) and Dontrell (bartender) truly made the experience unforgettable. They went above and beyond to help bring my boyfriends birthday surprise to life, fully embracing the idea and delivering each note perfectly. Their willingness to play along, their attention to detail, and their genuine kindness made the entire experience feel so special and seamless. I’m honestly so elated and grateful for how accommodating and thoughtful they both were. It’s rare to come across people who not only do their job well but also put heart into what they do—and Regina and Dontrell did exactly that. "We are there to visit college. Great location to downtown. Hotel is clean ( smells good too) and front office staffs are friendly. Room is clean and common area on the first floor looks beautiful even thought we didn’t use it. Will definitely stay here again if going back to Atlanta. "

"Sways restaurant was so rude and did not make any of my breakfast choices correct. They did not know how to make a poach egg but it was in their menu, also my breakfast took 43 minutes to come out. The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "
