There was no hot water, The water was timid at best. Had to let shower run a while at a lower pressure to get it mildly warm to take shower. The shower temperature controller came off in my hand, It wasn’t securely fixed

What was left inside the pillows was lumpy. Towels looked like cleaning rags, so old. Door would not double lock inside. Poor WiFi. Problem with my prepayment even though I had a receipt.
