"Considering its price, this is a great value apartment. It is spacious, clean and modern. The bedding is very comfortable. It is located close to a subway station, walking streets, restaurants, a park, and about 20 min car ride to downtown area. The only downside is that there are many homeless people in the park and around the subway exit. While they are harmless, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable staying in the neighborhood. "

"We only stayed for one night, but we had a very comfortable experience. The bed was excellent, and the front desk staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering a good variety of options, especially the fresh fruit selection."

"It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff."
