"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklĂ€rte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne groĂe Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies GetrĂ€nk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Ăberhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fĂŒhlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "
