Ich habe bereits bei Buchung über Expedia einen Sonderwunsch vermerkt (warme Hafermilch). Leider wurde mir auf Nachfrage beim Frühstück mitgeteilt, dass keine Hafermilch da ist und ich bekam stattdessen Mandelmilch angeboten. Ich fühlte mich daher als Gast nicht ernst genommen.

Ich hatte insgesamt einen durchwachsenen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Allerdings gab es im Zimmer einige Mängel: Teilweise waren Lampen defekt oder es fehlten Glühbirnen. Die Rezeption hat sich am nächsten Tag darum gekümmert, sodass der Zustand zumindest teilweise verbessert wurde. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads ist von 7:00 bis 11:00 Uhr sowie von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr möglich, die Sauna jedoch nur von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr. Längere Öffnungszeiten – idealerweise bis 22:00 oder 23:00 Uhr – wären wünschenswert, da man abends oft noch unterwegs ist und die Angebote so kaum nutzen kann. Das WLAN war leider sehr schlecht und im Zimmer überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sollte dringend verbessert werden, zumal auch das mobile Netz in Bad Bevensen eher schwach ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war insgesamt in Ordnung und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Rührei war jedoch leider kalt. Insgesamt besteht hier in einigen Bereichen deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen gemischten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Frühstück war insgesamt gut, mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl. Leider war das Rührei an allen Tagen eher kalt, was etwas schade war. Ein großer Minuspunkt war für uns jedoch, dass die Annehmlichkeiten wie Sauna und Pool nur bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet hatten. Gerade in der Zeit zwischen 18:00 und 20:00 Uhr ist man häufig beim Abendessen, sodass wir diese Angebote leider gar nicht nutzen konnten. Eine Öffnungszeit bis 22:00 Uhr wäre hier deutlich kundenfreundlicher. Zudem hat das WLAN im Zimmer so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert und war lediglich im Frühstücksraum zuverlässig verfügbar. Insgesamt mit Verbesserungspotenzial, vor allem bei den Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs und der WLAN-Verbindung.

Zimmer war sehr schön. Aber die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels per Telefon ist sehr schlecht und dass der Wellness Bereich (Sauna und Pool) nur bis 20 Uhr auf hat und essen nur um 18 Uhr abends möglich ist, ist natürlich nicht so toll wenn man erst um 19.30 ankommt….

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht, die sich jedoch als in die Jahre gekommendes Appartment darstellten. Die Küchenzeile war defekt. Die gesamte Einrichtung entsprach nicht mehr dem modernen Standard von heute und war daher deutlich zu teuer. Das Frühstück war gute. Internet funktionierte im Zimmer nicht, nur Gang davor. Im Wellnessbereich gab es deutlich zu wenige Liegen. Insgesamt gesehen ist das gesamte Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
