"Great hotel near Chinatown and the gay village and literally a 30 second walk from the O2 academy which is why we were there Great hotel great staff highly recommended"
"The room I was given (single occupancy to be fair) was similar to student accommodation. The small bed was pushed up against the wall. The shower was cramped, the shower gel was empty. The carpet had a threadbare patch, the wallpaper was peeling away in a couple of corners and the net curtain on the window wasn't well attached. Oh, and yes, the bathroom had no door, which was an interesting design feature.
If you get a room like this, you'd be better off staying at a travel lodge.
Also, we were asked to leave the car-park earlier than intended as they had a large function on.
Despite all of the above negativity, I would like to say that all the staff around the hotel were great - friendly, polite and helpful."
"Great hotel , central location especially with the car park being so close . The restaurant was pricey for the portions but the service was excellent. Also I think for the spa use the times need to be changed to earlier Acess as we were unable to use them as check-in times 3pm ,abs checkout time was 11am but access to spa was 10am . "
"Really good city centre location. Room was well appointed with Tea, Coffee, water and apple juice. Had read other reviews about the Air con which was so noisy, we turned it off which was fine as it wasn’t a blazing hot day but would be an annoyance if we kept it on. Slight stain marks on carpet and duvets but nothing terrible and the road noise during the night hence the 4*. Breakfast choice was excellent and the lady who was front of house was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. The kids brekkie was free which was a nice touch, as well as apples / water station in the reception. All great for us for a one night stay. "
