"The room.was good value. Kept beautifully clean . Breakfast was good. Not impressed by bar staff member. I ordered 2 small orange juices , pepermint tea and an Americano with plenty of milk. He turned up with one orange and a glass of milk commenting abruptly before i said anything " you said you wanted plenty of Milk", in a rather confrontational manner. I went to ask about the orange and he got one that was not full from under counter( i could see from where i sat) topped it up with water, stirred it then brought it over snd i was charged another £2 ! Not impressed by this barman at all who came scross rude . I also heard him dpeaking abruptly to another coouple . Sadly this let our experience down . Otherwise well worth staying snd will again "

"perfect start to any break. the staff were helpful and the bar was great. we ate an evening meal in the bar area, good choice and given the location, not overpriced. the room was fab, the bed as super comfortable, there was everything you needed in the room, even a steamer to make you presentable for on wards travel. the best bit had to be the fact the the room is so quiet. we had an early, the hotel was really busy with families in particular, but we didn't hear a peep! We will definitively look to use this hotel in the future. "
