"No AC! Rooms are very stuffy!"

"Probably one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had. They give you a voucher for a free drink at the bar as a gift for staying with them which I think is nice. Staff is excellent and so kind. Lady in the front desk told us things to do around Basel and was overall very helpful. Room was fantastic and comfy. Very chic. Ironing room in the second floor is pretty decent. The only thing is the lighting is darkish so you can’t really assess if you did a good ironing job haha. There’s water/sparkling water/coffee/apples/tea free to take in each floor which is very convenient. Literally in front of the tran so its easy to get around the Basel area from there. Very close to the rhine/conference center/stores, etc. There’s also a starbucks next to it which is pretty neat if you want to stick to something basics. The room was very tidy and honestly the experience was a 20/10."

"Great location near train station and transit; easy to walk to central city. Large room. Helpful staff accommodated early arrival. Had a ‘villa’ room which was quite quiet for location. Would stay here again. "

"Great location. Lovely food. But very small rooms. Beds moved all the time and was quite noisy to sleep in. Limited amenities. Staff was exceptional and super helpful. They do try to downgrade us form what we paid for so make sure you check!"

"Everything was perfect. Can not recommend this place enough from a location perspective, it is perfect for visiting Colmar or Strasbourg. You’re bang in the middle of so many places to see. Pity the hotel doesn’t do lunch in the afternoon, but otherwise could not fault, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind too! "
