Our room was clean but had a musty smell and the fridge was the tiniest thing I've ever seen (not ideal when traveling with kids!). The biggest negative was the parking - online it said on-site parking (valet and self-pay) but in fact the lot they send you to is a few blocks away.

Hampton Inn & Suites Fredericksburg South
I felt the breakfast provided was fresh but nor particularly appealing. Had not trouble with parking. However I feel the rooms are lacking in sufficient lighting. Impossible to read with the lights as provided.
