we had a room that made noise all the time because of a centralised extractor fan, they couldn't fix it and wouldn't move us. Toilet does not have a sink - separate from bathroom where the sink is, which I did not enjoy. Location good, breakfast good, wifi very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by suite that I received . It was clean spacious and very comfortable. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that the vent was pointed completely straight down.

One King West Hotel & Residence
The staff was fantastic, we got a suite upgrade on arrival. You can text with the front desk if youre introverted and dont want to talk to anyone. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus

Cambridge Suites Toronto
Room was clean but a tad on the older side. You could see rust around the door in the bathroom. The women out front of the hotel in the corner was not great as they ended up in our elevator with men that seemed not safe. My suggestion would be for the hotel staff to somehow get around the ladies ...
