"I want to start this off by saying that we have stayed at this facility a number of times throughout the years. This is the first time that we have had major issues. The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first. We decided not to stay and move to another hotel."
