My friends that are local want to use this for their out of town guests in future

"The room was small compared to other hotels, however it was all you need and roomy for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. We were able to walk to Old Montreal, St. Catherine street, Mount Royal etc very convenient location. (We like to walk). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one thing we really appreciated was you needed to use your key to enter the hotel after hours. The breakfast was the same for the 5 days we were there. It was all you needed but would like to have had different options like a waffle batter and iron, but Like i mentioned what was served is all you need. The only other thing (I'm sounding picky) a vending mention on every other floor. I didnt think there was one until I seen it on the last day. It is located around the corner from the lobby. They were able to keep our luggage after we checked out in a secured room. Very well organized. Overall this was a very friendly, clean hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great job. "
"Hotel staff was efficient, friendly and responsive, some of the best service I have ever had. Our suite was very nice but could use some maintenance, i.e. hot tub did not work. vanity light came on and off. Maintenance staff was prompt in responding but maybe overworked?"
