" No directions on how regarding channels available and the remote in the bedroom did not work. Had to keep sharing it with the TV in the "living Room." Also, employee at the information desk in the lobby was not very helpful. "

"Only one elevator was working near door 2 resulting in several longer wait times. Restaurant breakfast was highly overpriced but staff was very pleasant. Room was a long way from the front desk and when I asked for additional room supplies, no one would bring them to the room. Cleaning staff was very pleasant although communication was challenging."

"Our stay at this hotel was from Friday, Mar 20 to Sunday, Mar 22---two overnights. We would have rated the hotel higher except for an incident causing considerable inconvenience. Upon arrival late Friday afternoon we noticed two signs, one was a folding sign, the other was permanently affixed near the elevator door, announcing Saturday Brunch between 9am and 2pm in the Rooftop Grill. Considering this, we invited in-town guests to join us for breakfast the next morning, Saturday. We met them all in the lobby at 10am. We attempted to take the elevator to the top floor, it didn't go. One of our guests noticed another elevator around the corner where the folding sign was located. We all entered that elevator and took it to the top floor. On exiting, there was no one in sight---no buffet, no hotel guests, no staff, nobody/nothing. We took the elevator down to the lobby and I spoke with the front desk clerk. She seemed surprised about there every being a brunch, then casually mentioned it must have been for a private party. When I explained sign was permanently affixed near the elevator wall, she apologized and said there was no brunch. By this time we were all quite hungry and left for brunch elsewhere. This was a VERY disappointing experience. Our day was delayed and guests were out parking fees. Everyone in our party was inconvenienced by the misinformation. "

"I never even stayed nor got a room and the guy told me to leave and I still got charged for the room and end up going to stay the night at super 8 hotel and I’ll never go back to the comfort inn and suits or book a room there ever again "

"Our stay was brief. Found a cockroach in the first two minutes. Looked around and found dead bugs and nail clippings around 3 of the 4 walls. Went downstairs to checkout at minute 5. Wouldn't let us cancel because we booked through a booking site. 2.5 hrs later, booking site contacted them and we bargained to get a refund and cancelation. Not a pleasant experience."
