"We have stayed here several times when we visit Franklin. The staff is friendly and rooms clean. The breakfast served has been constantly satisfying."

"It was terrible. There was food smashed under the sheets. Trash in the trash can. Had no fridge ,it was gone . The walls and floors where nasty. Trash in the trash can. Scratches on the walls. The bed was about to fall apart. Pretty much if you can think it, this room had it. No hot water that was the worse. No pool. We got the insurance and that was a mistake. We couldnt get a refund. So we had to shower at relatives house , the food for breakfast was nasty. I could go on. But i would not stay there again if they paid me too. Stay away from this place."
