"This was one of the best stays I have experienced. The room was clean, as well as convenient restaurants on site. The water pressure was great and the shower (hot water) was phenomenal! I’m already looking into booking The Palace for my next trip to the Gulf Coast!"
"I stayed in one of their renovated rooms and it was great. New carpet, new fixtures, new furniture. The staff seems to have a whole new personality. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The spa was great as usual, except the cold room was out of order, which was disappointing."
"The hotel was beautiful and had so many options for restaurants and shopping. Didn’t really see much of the staff as far as its cleanest concern but the room was spotless. It was beautiful. We had a balcony overlooking the pool that was super nice. We like the layout in the room and all the amenities, a room head to offer. we only ate it one of the hotels restaurants, and it was a brunch for Saturday morning. It was absolutely delicious. I don’t thing had to say is that the casino itself the machines did not pay anything. As I walked around the floors couldn’t see anyone winning anything no bells or whistles going off it just sucked up your money so I may stay there again, but I don’t think I’ll ever play there again"
"Our room overlooked the water and was spacious. We took advantage of rooms service and had breakfast in our room two mornings. Very nice and relaxing. Restaurants were excellent."
