My shuttle driver was very helpful with my luggage taking me to the airport. The hotel's location is also very close to shops, restaraunts and the harbour. "You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service."

"The room was very worn, but the worst was the shower, which was essentially unusable due to stains of an unknown origin. Through no fault of the owners, the city as a whole is not a safe place to visit, particularly in the area where the property is located. We had someone clearly under the influence of some sort of substance repeatedly try to enter our room, and would not leave until police were involved. There is no amount of money you could pay me to stay here again, which is a shame as the staff was friendly and clearly doing their best."
