Location that can’t be beat!

Fabulous location, and amenities. The private beach is spectacular. The hotel is dated but unique and charming. Our only issue was that a friend who was staying nearbyvisited us and the hotel staff refused to serve him coffee and was rude to him and us.

Excellent beach resort

Fantastic beach resort, especially for the price point. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and beach were both well maintained. Dinner service was excellent.

Amazing views and comfortable stay

The hotel had an amazing location, private beach and amazing views! We had a junior suite and the room was perfectly located. The breakfast was great, the staff was polite and patient. I would go back here just for the location! Loved it.

Quaint hotel by the sea

Lovely quaint hotel by the sea. Quiet and relaxing, nice food. Only negative is cost of taxis - €25 to go 5 mins to nearest town and no walking paths. Otherwise enjoyed it.

Very recommendable, fantastic stay!

All fantastic: wonderful location with very nice, private sandy beach, pool, tennis court and view plus super friendly & helpful staff. Hotel room modern in Italian style house. Breakfast, lunch and Sardinian typical tasting menu very tasty. The best hotel during our one week stay in Sardinia. The only feedback: maybe you can re- do the tennis court, since the ground is not even anymore.

Beautiful place with an old school, retro vibe. The front desk staff and everyone else we encountered was very helpful. Beach was great, as was the pool. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that but breakfast had a huge variety and the pool bar was a nice amenity and not terribly expensive. The property feels like a true resort but is not sprawling or impersonal. We would definitely return.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The servers and front desk were friendly and the maid service was immpeccable. The only things that need improvement are the following: bartender did not know how to mix drinks at all. The music/entertainment could have been better. An acoustic guitarist or a real band would have made evenings more fun. Finally, it would be a good idea to have some organized activities for couples and families, such as games, trivia, karaoke etc. The guests were not at all engaged with each other, so it was difficult to become friendly.

First of all, the sorrounding views of this hotel is simply stunning. I don't know how many photos I actually took! The beach and pool area are just gorgeous. The decor of inside the hotel is also classical and elegant. The restaurant area just perfect. The staff are all so nice ane helpful. Always happy to greet you. The garden room is cute but please note it is a couple of minutes walk to reception/pool area. We were happy to walk though! The bed is definitely comfy. There is just a few minor recommendations to improve the facilities of the room. The bathroom window is open to the road but brings in dust to the bathroom, the air con unit is old and needs to be updated but works fine. There should be a soap dispenser rather than soap and also a drying rack for clothes. We were very happy with our stay though! Such a beautiful hotel!

Beautiful hotel, staff not so friendly

This hotel is absolutely stunning and the view of Tavolara Island is perfection! My only complaint is the staff. We were celebrating our 11 year wedding anniversary this day and asked if we could have the possibility of a room upgrade. No, hotel was full and that’s fine! My husband then asked if there was the possibility of anything to celebrate with such as a bottle of champagne, wine or dessert. All they said was “no”. We travel every year on our wedding anniversary and we have never been treated so cold. If they couldn’t give us anything, then so be it. A smile and a Happy Anniversary would have been nice :) No early check-in was allowed. We couldn’t have a window seat at dinner because they were “reserved” (we also had a reservation). Staff (or perhaps just policies) just doesn’t seem flexible. Absolutely lovely hotel and we would recommend! Just don’t expect wonderful treatment.
